New York, New York

Heading out the door in just a few minutes for the airport and spending the day on the airplane to get to New York! Saylor arrived yesterday and is spending today walking around the city, picking up his race # (40402) and probably hitting Nike Town. We'll arrive at LaGuardia around 9pm and head into the city. Tomorrow we will go site seeing around the city, go to the Javitz Center to see the marathon expo and then at 4pm we have afternoon tea scheduled at the American Girl store. The girls know we are going to the store but don't know about tea :) They are bringing their American Girl dolls (Jayda and Emma) and are looking forward to buying outfits for them (they have been saving their allowance just for this). Mom and dad will arrive on Saturday morning and we'll hang out, not doing too much walking and then Sunday is the big day!!!! Everyone send good thoughts out to Saylor... he'll start around 10:30 am. We'll be getting email alerts to let us know where he is during the race and then hopefully see him around mile 18 and again in Central Park!

Halloween was fabulous and there are pictures in the Halloween folder on our website http://photos.yahoo.com/ilanasims I'm adding some of Ben's outfits too. They were classic!!!
