its Monday

Hi all. It is Monday, and at the end of this week we have a mini holiday... so lots to look forward to. Since (as Great Aunt June pointed out) the girls stayed up so late last night (it is summer, woman!) Ellie is still snoozing (could also be because she wandered into my room 3 times in the middle of the night - possibly sleepwalking!). Katie is downstairs watching a bit of disney channel waiting for her sister to wake up! Yesterday when I was driving home from my visit with Nina I got a phone call from katie "Mom, I pulled out my own tooth!" She must have been wiggling that bad boy because on Saturday night it wasn't that loose. So last night we told her to put the tooth in her box and she put it under her pillow (she really is an old pro at this). We waited until around 20 minutes into her snooze time and snuck in. Child had her eye shades on so she wasn't going to see anything! We put 4 quarters in her box and took the tooth and ran. This morning she said "the tooth fairy left me a $5 and a $1" So Saylor and I looked at each other and said "really? where is it?!" She said "I already put it in my money box" went into her room and found her tooth box with the quarters and said "oh, I must have had a dream about the other money". Ha. So she opens her box and finds 3 quarters. While Saylor and Katie are crawling all over the floor, I run into the bedroom get another quarter and quickly run back into her room and toss it under the bed for daddy to find.... who invented the tooth fairy anyway?!

Ellie is still sleeping....
